What happens when I buy a license?

Your browser will take you to a page showing your license key. You will also immediately receive an email with your license key. It will include instructions about how to copy and paste it into the program's License Manager.

If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your Spam folder. If it's still not there, please contact us.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. Here is the table for bulk purchases of Premium Business licenses:

What are the license terms?

The license follows whoever it's assigned to, and they may use it on as many devices and platforms as they wish, either at home, at work, or anywhere else.

A Personal license is assigned only to you and cannot be transferred to any other person. It lasts for life.

A Business license can be assigned to other people so long as it's only assigned to one user at a time. For instance, if an employee leaves and you hire a replacement, you can assign the old employee's business license to the new employee.

You may also use Business licenses in a lab or similar scenario where users frequently change. You must buy at least as many licenses as your maximum number of concurrent users.

Does a license come with free upgrades?

You will get free minor version upgrades, such as 2.0 to 2.1. Major version upgrades, such as version 2 to version 3, are free if you bought your license within 90 days of the major version release. Otherwise, you will get a discount.

I have a version 1 license. How do I upgrade to version 2?

Do you work with companies to go through their internal processes before purchasing?

Yes. We'll be happy to fill out whatever forms and provide whatever information you need. Please contact us.

Can we order with a PO? Can we pay by bank transfer?

Yes. Please contact us and submit any purchase orders here.

We will send you the license keys soon after receiving the purchase order. If you need to pay by bank transfer, we will provide our bank account information. Otherwise, you can pay by Stripe, PayPal, or physical check.

What is the refund policy?

If you change your mind within 30 days of purchasing a license, you can request a refund here.
